Faves: Labels

So I have to admit. I am obsessed with labels. I love them. There is SO much you can do with them. Of course, use them in art journals, mini albums, use them to make a greeting card, or to address an envelope. Dress up a flower pot with writing what it is on the label, or writing an encouraging word or Scripture. Label your notebooks or books. Not to sound cliché, but the possibilities really are endless ;)

I did a little search on etsy and found all of these lovelies. Vintage (Dennison!) labels, new labels, fabric labels, masking tape labels. These were a few of my faves. Check out my favorites in my etsy shop for some more, including some rubber stamps of labels. I recently ordered and received this one and this one and love them.

Monday Faves: More Fall Finds

Monday Faves: Welcome Fall

Happy Monday! And Happy-Almost-Start-of-Fall :) I am loving all of the fall colors starting to show up, the pumpkins, the corn husks, the big jugs of apple cider at Target.....mmmm :) Even though the temperatures here are anything but fall (92 degrees today), everyone keeps talking about how fall is in the air and hopefully will be feeling like it soon :)

+ What about you? Are your weather temperatures cooling down? Are the trees starting to turn? I love how different parts of the country and world have different time tables for when the seasons start to change, how neat is that :)

+ Any fun fall traditions out there that you and yours do every fall? I know we can't wait to go to the pumpkin patch and ride on the hay wagon :) Be on the lookout for a fun diy project/tutorial tomorrow on compiling a fall journal. :)

Hello, Monday! I hope you had a lovely weekend :) My hubby and I were able to have a couple days together alone - celebrate his birthday (Thai food over in Durham....mmmmm!!!) and attend a marriage retreat where he led worship, and stay at a super fancy inn (complete with comfy robes and the biggest bathtub I've ever seen :))- while our sweet son got to stay at his Mimi and Dahdow's house :) It was great to get away, we had fun, and Jimmy had fun with his grandparents - such a fun and busy weekend :)
