This is a yummy breakfast or brunch-y recipe :) I love a good coffee cake and this one is delicious! :)

Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

1/2 cup butter, softened
1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1½ cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat butter and cream cheese with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to the butter mixture alternately with milk. Mix at low speed just until blended after each addition. Stir in vanilla.

Pour batter into a greased 9"x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with topping (see below). Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.

Topping
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
½ cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter, melted

Combine all ingredients.
