Recipe Day Wednesday and Outgoing Packages from the Shop

I posted on my Facebook that I was making Herb-Coated Pork Chops for dinner yesterday and had some requests for the recipe. So, I decided to share it here as well! I got the original recipe from one of my recipe magazines, but changed a few things and added some ingredients to it. It's super simple and easy to make! Enjoy!

Herb Coated Pork Chops
1/3 cup butter, cubed
2/3 cup mashed potato flakes
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 bone-in center-cut pork loin chops
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

In a shallow bowl, melt butter. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the potato flakes, cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and Italian seasoning. Dip chops, one at a time in the butter, then place in bag; seal and shake to coat.

In a large skillet, cook chops in oil over medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side or until meat juices run clear. Makes: 4 servings

*Outgoing packages from the Creative Place Shop:
I got a few sales from the shop in the past couple days, one went out yesterday and the other, this morning! It's so fun to get them all packaged up, include a few goodies and send them off to their new "home" :)
