Yard Sale Saturday!

So we decided to have a yard sale this coming Saturday! We had a cook-out with our cul-de-sac and the cul-de-sac next to us last weekend and some of us decided to have yard sales this weekend. We had been thinking of having one anyway and probably would have put it off another week or two since the craft show is NEXT (!!) weekend, but we have SO much stuff we need to get rid of that has been collecting dust in the attic and garage. It's felt really good to purge and to know that someone else will be able to use these things! :) So, we decided to go for it since there will already be a lot of other "traffic" to the other yard sales. Needless to say, I haven't really gotten a thing done this week except for sewing up a few quilted list takers and a few more straggling bookmarks that needed to be finished. Oh! And all on my new sewing machine, thanks to my wonderful in-laws! Thanks Katie and Jim! What a fabulous early (did I mention super-early) birthday present :)
