My mouth is watering just thinking about these cute little cheese puffs. These are a great appetizer or party snack, but could also be used as bread for a meal. Yum!

Asiago Cheese Puffs
1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1/3 mayonnaise
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 French baguette, thinly sliced

Preheat oven to broil. In a mixing bowl, combine the Asiago cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, oregano, thyme, parsley, salt and pepper. If the mixture does not hold together well, add more mayonnaise, a little at a time.

On a baking sheet, arrange the baguette slices in a single layer. Spread the Asiago mixture on the slices. Broil for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve immediately.
