Monday Faves: More Fall Finds

Some more Fall-Inspired Finds for Faves today (wow try saying that 5 times fast ;)). I am loving the crisp air, the leaves changing, hot cider, fall baking and all the pumpkins. We are headed to the pumpkin patch sometime this week - cannot wait :)
